Roof Anchor – Cast in Place – Flush Mounted – for Balcony

• Flush-mounted anchors are typically used in balconies.
• Their profile allows them to be flush with the top of the slab and they are equipped with a weatherproof expansion cap and tether.
• The full assembly is cast into the slab, with the structural component being the stainless steel bar with reinforcing (by others);
• the PVC tube protrudes above the slab and is cut to suit as-built conditions.
