Roof Anchors – Cast In Place – Single Stud

  • The standard height of a single stud roof anchor is 12 and 15 inches.
  • This anchor suits all 3-1/2 inch flashings.
  • Generally, if the base plate is fully embedded and flush with the concrete, a standard conventional flashing can be used.
  • Using a single stud anchor is more cost-effective than a four stud anchor of the same height (see benefits of a four stud anchor for more information).
  • The maximum height of this anchor is limited to 15 inches (over 15 inches must be four-stud anchor is required).
