Wall Anchor – Weld with Extension

  • Weldment anchors, primarily used for new construction, can be welded directly to structural steel beams.
  • These anchors are available in various tube sizes to accommodate lengths from 6 inches to 42 inches.
  • This is primarily a new construction anchor; however, a weldment anchor can be used in retrofit with extreme caution and with a fire watch/protection in place.
  • Note: recommended 1″ protrusion past the finished wall.
