Roof Anchor – Bolt Through – Reinforced

  • The standard height of a four-stud bolt through roof anchor (reinforced) is 18 inches.
  • This anchor suits all 3-1/2 inch flashings.
  • Use conventional/ flat flashings for conventional/flat roof membranes and inverted/ bell-shaped flashings for inverted roof membranes.
  • A four-stud bolt through a reinforced anchor is used when the thin slab needs to be reinforced.
  • Typically, it is used as an end anchor or corner support with a double lanyard horizontal lifeline.
  • With bolt through roof anchors, the designers must consider accessibility to the underside of the slab.
  • Look for drop ceilings, Avoid drywalls, Plaster ceilings, and be aware of hallways, tall ceiling conditions and conduit.
